Objectives The purpose of the Society is to conduct academic research, educational activities, and exchange of knowledge in pediatric surgery, and to contribute to the advancement and dissemination of pediatric surgery in Japan, thereby contributing to the advancement of science and the promotion of medical welfare.
Projects In order to achieve the purpose of the preceding article, we shall carry out the following activities.

  • 1.Academic research on pediatric surgery by holding research presentations, etc. and publishing journals, etc.
  • 2.Public relations on pediatric surgery through our website and by holding public lectures, etc.
  • 3.Certification of pediatric surgery.
  • 4.Research and study of educational and medical systems related to pediatric surgery.
  • 5.Liaison and cooperation with related academic organizations in Japan and abroad.
  • 6.Other activities necessary to achieve the purpose of this organization.
